error message in modcp

In my modcp, when I view some peoples profiles through it I get an error message at the top of the screen that says:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in [path]/modcp/user.php(348) : eval()'d code on line 11

- All original files uploaded again
- plugin system disabled

Do you have any ideas what this error means?

This is what is line 348 of modcp/user.php

	($hook = vBulletinHook::fetch_hook('[COLOR="Red"]useradmin_edit_start[/COLOR]')) ? eval($hook) : false;

Check in your admincp what do you have running on useradmin_edit_start hook and contact the addon's provider for further assistance on this.
