How to transfer VBulletin License to someone else

I have sold my license to another person as I wasn't using my VB license but hwo to transfer the license to him ? what is the standard procedure ?

Jelsoft wants you to open a support ticket, so they can review if it is eligible for transfer. If so, they will a) request verification of ownership, and b) details of the new party.
