Change options in group from options a user?

Hello.
I imported all my users (from PNphpBB2) and move to usergroup "Registered User", but I want change the optiones of all users of this group like the options from other user. It's this possible?
When I go to Admin CP - Usergroups - Usergroup Manager - Edit Usergroup, all options are well, are activates, but the users need go to User CP and change in User CP for activate some functions.
