Email notification when new pm Received

Hey there...

I checked everything, but still cant understand how to send email notification when new pm is received, under registration option i checked, email notification option and admin email option, and then i cant find any other option.

Is there anything else other than an option user registration?
Please help me out, i need that thing to work asap.
