Ok Everyone, I have admins and also mods and sometimes i see threads closed and i have no clue on why: Is there a way that they can add a reason to why they taking action on something? and where:

They can post a reason or you can de-mod them?

Lol, you should implement policies for things like this. vBulletin can only do so much when it comes to helping you manage a forum.

you need to make them sample texts so that they dont invent the text everytime
