Plugin causing site to not load, how to disable?

One of my plugins would link to a site, and drag some information off of it, but now that site is offline, and the entire forum times out with MySQL has gone away. How do I remove the plugin, even though I can't access the forums ACP?

Bump, really need some help, my site is totally unusable!

Add:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

into your ./includes/config.php file to disable hooks. Then be sure to go into your admincp and disable/remove that plugin. Then you can remove the line from your config file.
