Forum Manager View ??

In my AdminCP, under Forums & Moderators, my Forum Manager looks like this:




I cannot for the life of me figure out why it is this way, nor how I can get it back to the full view it should be.

Any suggestions as to what I can do to correct would be appreciated.

It all works fine, it's just odd I can't figure out why this is this way.

Do you have any forums added? What's the URL to your forums?

Yes, I do have a good many forums added.

...and yes, I do have the board modified, to some degree. I have disabled the plugins I have both one at a time, and en masse, to no avail, thinking it may have been something there (which it may very well be). What controls this view?

Like I said, the board is fine, I just upgraded to 3.8.2 this evening with no problems at all. This little inconvenience is driving me a bit mad in trying to find the root.

Do this. Upload the tools.php script in the 'do_not_upload' folder of the vB zip file to your Admin CP directory and run it from your browser. Then run the [Usergroup/Forum Cache] option. This should fix this assuming that an add-on is not the cause.

Err, Steve, this is a option, not any issue that includes tools.php needing to be uploaded.

vBulletin Options > Admin Control Panel Options >
Forum Manager Display

Change this to Default.

Ahhh, you're probably right. He probably has that set to 'Single' right now. Never seen anyone do that before to be honest.

I had to do it for one of my forums at one point... having over 100 forums was a problem... site ended up closing due to inactivity (about 6 months of it, and trying to get users back) =/

Change this to Default.

And that was it. I must have changed that in error at some point in the past and never caught it. All fixed !!
