Modified Registration

I want to alter the registration process a bit.
To give an example...
While registering there will be a radio-option like,
O Yes
O No

If YES is selected 2 more questions will be visible, like
What type of car?
[ ]
What type of gun?
[ ]

But if the selection is NO, then normal registration process will continue and will not prompt for additional questions.

Anyways, another question, i am sure this is a legit question!
How can I make a custom field from "User Profile Field Categories" for profile page exclusive for a specific usergroup only?
