FastCGI Error

I installed the latest version of VB and used it for about a week before it slowed down.

We ran a maintenance check and it soon speeded things up again, however I have now gone live and unable to access the forum.

This is the message displayed and hope someone could advice me to what it could be?

The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.

    Error Details:
    • The FastCGI pool queue is full
    • Error Number: 4 (0x80070004).
    • Error Description: The system cannot open the file.
HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
    Internet Information Services (IIS)

My website is also running from this same server and it seems to be fine no problems at all, I am puzzled?

    Hope someone can help.

Contact your hosting company, this is a server configuration issue.

I'm assuming this is shared hosting?

      Thank you.

I changed server from Windows to Linux and it worked for a second and died again, below is the new error message.

      The webpage cannot be found

      HTTP 400
      Most likely causes:
      • <LI id=causeErrorInAddress>There might be a typing error in the address.
      • If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.
      What you can try:

       Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

Go to and look for the information you want.

       More information

This error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address.
For more information about HTTP errors, see Help.

I will contact the hosting company, shame they don't work weekends.

      Thank you
