anything to be worried about ??

i noticed something suspicious when looking at what a guest was viewing.
yes he got(?) an error message but what's the deal with the link ? that "hostingfive" link is what he was allegedly looking at ?
..or what ?? there is nothing like that on the forums...
i interpret this as that he was trying to use some tools that he himself hosts on that site and somehow inject them into the forums to hack ?
i don't know.. it's suspect... normally the blue question mark picture shows whatever topic they (a guest) are reading, no ???

    confused...

    Viewing Error Message

Looks like he may be trying various exploits. However he's getting an error message.

      same host another attempt..
what i want to know is how would any exploit work by simply adding a url that links to a "hack" page on top of my url ??
and that goes for any site ??
