    Paid Subscription Expiration Bug? Expired but not.

    I have a user who's subscription expired over a week ago. Yet when they try to sign up again for the same subscription vBulletin tells them they already have one and they can't sign up again.

    I've told them to empty their cache and delete cookies, but still no go. I've double checked to make sure they are in fact expired and that all of their permissions are as they were before they signed up. Permissions are set and they are definitely expired. What am I missing here?

    Perhaps I have to run an update or some maintenance? I'll try that, but in the meantime, any pointers?

    Check their user account and see if they have any active subscriptions. You can see this in the Admin CP by searching for their profile. If they do and its invalid then remove it.
