Usergroup permissions problem

Hi, have some strange problem, but I guess it's probably something obvious.

I have 3 groups
Registered Users
Regular Users
Special Users

I created 2 forums:

Forum A, which should is public for all users but only "Special Users" can write there.

Forum B, is only for Special Users and me, nobody else can see it.

Now I created "Test User" he's in all 3 groups. Primary group : registered users.
For "Forum B" I set usergroups permissions that way, that I set all to NO for Registered Users and Regular Users, and left the default permissions for Special Users.

For "Forum A" I set Registered Users and Regular Users all no except Viewing Forum , and for Special Users I left the default permissions.

Now problem is, when I log to my test user account, I can't see Forum B, and can't post in forum A :/, which is the way regular user should see it.

Anyone can explain me what I'm doing wrong?
