Align banner in the first post to the right

I tried to align the banner in the first post to the right by using the ad_showthread_firstpost_start template.

I entered the code:

<div style="float: right; margin: 0 0 5px 5px;">
<a href="URL" target="_blank"><img src="URL" border="0"></a>
</div>

This works fine with regular text but breaks when the first post is a quote (see the picture below).

How do I align the ad to the right so that the quoted text will be displayed on the left side of the banner and not below?

Try this:

<img [color=red]align="right"[/color] src="URL" border="0">

I have used this before. It has a similar effect to a float.

It gives almost the same effect as my code. When the first post is a quote, it still won't disaplay the quote on the left side of the image but below it. Any other ideas?

Sorry I am out of ideas. You will have to play with the code until it works the way you want.
