A problem with long threads and selecting the latest post

Hi,

I've had a problem with long threads on my site. If you click the view latest post option either via the internal search or the forum index page it always goes to the first post in the thread rather than the intended one.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

Maybe old bit templates. Try reverting these:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> « » -> Forum Home Templates -> forumhome_lastpostby

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> « » -> Threadbit Templates -> threadbit

And run these:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Rebuild Thread Information

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Rebuild Forum Information

My favourite is when the team here say "do you have any modifications?" and people say "no", only to come back later and say "should I change my vBseo settings?"
