where can i find forumid because all i see is forum display order on ACP..

Can't you find the forum id in the forum manager?

Admin_cp > Forums and Moderators > Forum Manager

first of all are you a super admin and what version of vbulletin is this and

not sure if this works but try to click on GO beside Edit forum and then look at the top title bar beside the forum name in collum as example Announcement (1) < -- 1 is forum id number it should show something like this .. i have lost my admin control or else i would have reply you correctly with image =))
