Setting the posts per page.

I understand this is the most basic of questions... I'm new to Vbulletin and I'm having one hell of a time finding where I can set the number of posts per page as an Admin. I want the default posts per page to be 30. The default as it is currently, 10; Is far far too inadequate.

I've already googled, and searched functioned the forums here.

Any help would be appreciated.
