Error in Quick Reply - v3.8.0

Ever since doing the upgrade from 3.7.3 to 3.8.0, some of my users are stating that they are getting an error when using the quick reply. this is what they said:

Has anybody received this one when doing a quick reply? I just clicked cancel and it continued to a normal post.

I think that will resolve me issue.
