Lost my Advanced Editor

My advanced editor is no longer available when I edit messages. I saw the following instructions in another recent message:

Make sure all the WYSIWYG editors are enabled here:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting Interface Options -> Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls

Then make sure you have selected the enhanced editor in your User CP:

User CP -> Edit Options -> Message Editor Interface -> Enhanced Interface

This should work assuming you have not altered the templates.

1) Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls options for me are:

• Disable Controls
• Enable Standard Controls
• Enable Standard & WYSIWYG Controls

I have the Enable Standard & WYSIWYG Controls option selected in all three instances.

Am I missing something there?

2) User CP set to Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing

Any ideas?

Try this. Create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Then change to this style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

If you do, empty your browser cache, close all browser windows and try again.

If you do not have this problem with the original templates, then this means the problem is with one or more of your custom templates. You need to revert your templates, then redo your changes.
