Non Registered Users to View Albums and Members List, I would like

I would like Non Registered Users to View Albums and Members List on the first main page (index page).


1. How can this be done?


2. Can the Albums and Members Lists pages be forced to the main index forum page?

I other words, the cell that holds the forum would now hold two columns with forum on right and two rows in the column on the left. Within the two rows on the left, there would be the Albums and Members List.

Both of those things are possible but there is no built in feature to do that. Custom code is required. If you have some coding ability then you can post on www.vbulletin.org for help with this.
