Missing Community and Blogs in top Menus

I am Missing Community Links and Blogs Menus. Cannot find blog add-on in members area. Cannot find any info on how to add-on or install the Community Menu.

Pictures & Albums
Contacts and Freiends
Members List

Blogs:
Recent Entries
Best Entries
Best Blog
Blog List
Search Blogs

Reverting your navbar template will allow it to inherit the community dropdown. In order to have a Blog menu, you will need to purchase and install that addon from your Member's Area.

You can purchase it by clicking on the Upgrade / Renew link to the right of your vBulletin License information.

I created a new tmplate and reverted back to original install template and still no Community Links Menu. Should I open a support ticket?
