User Still Recieving Reported Post Emails When They Are Not Moderator

I've checked all around the AdminCP and the user does not have any moderator permissions anywhere, yet she continues to recieve reported-post emails? Where are the places I should double-check/how can this be fixed?

    Thanks.

Make sure she isn't listed as a moderator on this page:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators

Another possibility is that she is setup to be notified of new posts in the reporting forum (if you have one setup):

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Post

I do have one set up, and there are no emails coming from there. I checked the Moderator listing and they are listed, but I cannot remove them. Is there any way to force them out or block them from getting emails?

        Remove them:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators -> [Remove]

Zach, if you find you still cannot delete them, they may, for some reason, be a non deletable user, you can change this in your Config.php
          Kind regards,

That's just it, I cannot remove them because they do not moderate any forums. As seen in the pictures below (White Knights is the user) she is not a moderator on any forums, but she still shows as a Super Moderator when she is not in any Super-Mod usergroups. The Board Member usergroup just allows access to special forums.

My config does not have any unalterable/undeleteable users. Nice guess though.

One of those groups must have this enabled:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Can Moderate All Forums (is Super Moderator)

                Thanks. Fixed it.

If it doesn't then you should do that now!, you need to make yourself undeletable, if you ever get hacked they can lock you out of your own forum or if you had another admin they could accidently delete your account...etc

                  Best to protect yourself!
                  Kind regards,
