Spam Threads

I've been getting alot of new threads posted by new members that only contain spam.

I have the Captcha functionality in place so I don't think its an automated thread creation since the users have to be manually validated in order to register and post

It's only an irritation at this point, however I can forsee it getting worse.

Any input on how to prevent this type of incoming spam threads is greatly appreciated.
