User receives error when adding a friend

When a user tries to add a friend, he gets ....

Error: 'YAHOO.util.Dom.get(...)' is null or not an object

This does not occur for most users. Not sure why it would for just one.

Have the user do a complete refresh of cached files. On Window's based browsers, this is usually done with ctrl-F5.
