    index topic icons...

Well I am only posting this here bc I am currently using 3.8 BUT I had this issue on my vb3.7 as well.

It seems like even though I view a topic and the rest in the forum are read the index topic icons keep telling me theres unread posts in that topic.

The only way I can get this to go away is to either look at the post, click the topic and then go to the index OR obviously mark all topics read.

I dont feel I should have to click the topic to get it to go away instead of click the main index.

Why doesnt it update like this or is there a setting for marking read topic icons immediately?

Hopefully I was clear on this and any help will be appreciated!

What do you have your read marking set to under vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> General Settings.

Sounds like you want it to be Database with Automatic Forum Read Marking.
