Can't login to my own board!

Help, I was on it an hour ago, and when I went back it had me logged off, and my user name and password (which I know very well and wasn't using caps lock) are not recognised.

What can I do?

Reset your password, then upload tools.php to your admin directory, open it (http://www.yourdomain.com/froum/admincp/tools.php) and reset your admin username. Then delete tools.php and try to login again.

I finally got in, but the lost password route wouldn't have helped. A hacker had changed the email address assigned to my name and since it was no longer the same, the whole system broke down as far as retrieving.

I do appreciate the help though.

Upload tools.php and use it to restore Administrator access. Then delete it when you're done.
