like on digg allow user to vote negative or positive on forum replies and have a total of negative and positive voting count?

be great if theres a post count disabled for forum replies and post count enabled when someone start a thread
some communities share something constructive by starting thread when there are members who post nonsense like thanks and i like it posts, this will reallu help out when there is forum community who have post count limit

This is not a feature in vBulletin, and would require custom coding to achieve this.
