Report PM Issue

The feature works, however, I get an email from the server afterwards saying:

Could not find phrase 'reportprivatemessage'.

Edit: to add, instead of displaying the reported post in the email, it is sending this phrase. All the mods received this same message, rather than the reported post.

Another problem: After the PM is reported, it is copied to the moderator forum, like the report post feature. After the PM was reported however, it doesn't let me respond to the new thread and says:

Sorry! This forum is not accepting new posts.

However, after the mod who reported the PM replied to his post, I was allowed to post (I'm an admin).
