[licensing] remove the Support By

i just wanna know, can i remove the Support By as screen shot, im trully sorry cause i find at README about these matters. But i think the forbidden only at the Footer on every page, or its included..

In your Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details, what do you have for Forum Name?
