New installation did not accept my customer number (Licence Number)

Hello,



I tried to upgrade my form to the same version.

I entered as usual to install/install.php and entered my customer number (Licence Number).

It refresh the page!
I tried with a new database and new files and no hope!

Please help

SOLVED. Please close. The problem is that i was keying the license number instead of customer number..
