Install Folder?

I just did the upgrade to 3.8.7 PL4, but apparently I don't have an Install folder. I suspect I deleted it. Given that the PL4 file package included several Install folder files, can I ignore uploading those? Or, do I need to create a new Install folder and put those files in it?

Given the apparent urgency of doing the security upgrade, I just wanted to insure I was doing it correctly.

You can leave the install folder removed, but it doesn't have the same exploit issue as 4/5
