Upgrading from 3.8.2 to latest VB 4.x?

Is this the same as with other upgrades?

Just download latest 4.x version. Overwrite and run the upgrade script?

So it's also possible to keep all my styles, made in 3.8.x when i upgrade to 4.x?

And a bit off topic: There are styles for 4.x for smartphones right?

No, all styles will need to be redone from scratch or, if you've downloaded/purchased a style you will be best to check with the author if they've done a vB4 version

We have a mobile style for the forums at the moment, the CMS and Blog should be added in 4.1.5

Make sure to download their 4.1.x versions, assuming their authors have upgraded their mods.
