Install stopped...Now what?

I am upgrading my forum from 3.8.2 to 3.8.5. I am on step 2 of 5:

Step 2) Import latest admin help
Importing vbulletin-adminhelp.xml


My upgrade has stalled/stopped. I have been sitting here for 20-25 minutes waiting for it to move on to the next step (it said to be patient), and it is not. My page shows Done in the bottom right corner. Now what do I do to progress the upgrade?

How big is your forum? You could either try to change manually the step to 3 or try to re-run the upgrader once again and see if it would make any difference.

I have tried changing it manually and steps 3-4 don't work either. Re-running the upgrader did not solve the issue either.

Do you mean how many members or the file size?
