    vBulletin 3.8.4PL2 - missing version in php files

    Hello,

    just checked file versions in ACP after patching the PL2 release.

    The files are missing the version numbers. See the header of functions.php:
    PHP Code:
    <?php
    /*======================================================================*\
    || #################################################################### ||
    || # vBulletin  - Licence Number (cut)
    || # ---------------------------------------------------------------- # ||
    Afaik the header should be something like:
    PHP Code:
    <?php
    /*======================================================================*\
    || #################################################################### ||
    || # vBulletin 3.8.4 - Licence Number (cut)
    || # ---------------------------------------------------------------- # ||
    Thanks and Merry Christmas btw

      Yes, they do: When you go to Diagnostics - check file versions you won't get the correct information.

        It's not essential to the running of vB although it may give assistance if there's a need to troubleshoot at any time. You can add this in yourself if you so wish.

          I just downloaded the latest version PL1, and voila - it's there. Good.
