~ Did Back-up, Now How To Restore Or Upload ~

Ok now I did I backup with-in vBulletin and have a file .sql. Now I have messed up my forum and need to retore back to when I did the backup. How would I upload that file back in so that it retores before I messed things up? lol Please be detail if possible.

Ok did retore through phpMyadmin. Everything went good and said that it uploaded. But now when I go to my forum to see if it's back to normal it's still messed up. Scratching Head
