Bought new license, but...

The install script won't move past the customer number login....what am I missing?

The install and upgrade php files are there and fine, so is the config php, but everytime I enter my customer number in the install script window, it redirects me back to the same window.

The only reasons the customer number won't work are:

1. You are not using the correct number (don't use the license number.)

2. You are not using the correct files for the license under that account.

3. You are blocking cookies.

I'm downloading the full vbulletin software now, and I'm going to upload it fresh, see if that does the trick.

After this I assume it means I cannot just use the same dl'd files for each installation.

Can I not just replace the config, install and upgrade php files in my original package and be off an running?

It would be best to upload all the files from the same zip file for that license.

Where you running an illegal copy before?
