    Renaming config.php.new

    I have downloaded 3.8.2 (currently running 3.7.3).

On download I have file NAME: config.php TYPE: NEW file

My problem is with the rename file config.php.new to config.php (as it is already called that on download. I clicked rename and retyped config.php (although it was already called that when I downloaded it)- but it still shows up as type NEW.

What am I doing wrong? I can't remember having this problem when I upgraded to 3.7.3

You don't need to rename it. Delete the file and upload the rest to your server. Then run upgrade.php.
