broken links

Hi ,

when i first installed vb i was new to it and still am 3 years later lol.
I have broken link when i added portal .

Instead of the link being forum/newthread.php it is /newthread.php , i think this is why i`m getting broken links.

How to i sort it out and put the forum back in the link?
