yes, use Impex to do that

But lets say i have in the both forums member who name ALEX they will be connected or it will be like this alex and alex2?
and what about the threads?

it will be alex and imported_alex, new posts/threads will be imported too

You can associate users so that they are combined or tell ImpEx to do it automatically based on email address.

and you can also merge users manually via AdminCP anytime later

I tried to use impex to merge 2 VB forums together but that doesnt work right, all threads and posts from the imported forum will overwrite the ones that already exist.

With all due respect, Impex does not do that. Somethign else happened.

The only way that could have happened is if you already did an import, and had not followed all of the after the import steps that impex requires you to do.
