Facing weird problem upgrading to 3.8.0

Your vBulletin version does not appear to match with the version for which this script was created (version 3.7.1+).
Please ensure that you are attempting to run the correct script.
If you are sure this is the script you would like to run, click here.
And its all coming back to,

Step 5) Upgrade to vBulletin 3.8.0 Alpha 2 Complete!

    Did you start with /install/upgrade.php?

        Any ideas?

Same thing happened to me. Something isn't clicking. I also had an error with "Album" before getting to that step.

When you go to my site after the upgrade has been "finished"
Fatal error: Call to undefined function fetch_require_hvcheck() in /home/content/m/d/s/mdstreetscene/html/forum/global.php on line 486

The admincp is fine and I can do everything...

That function is defined in 'includes/functions.php'. Reuploading the original file for your version should fix this.

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

            The functions.php for 3.7.4 or 3.8?

Well, the installer thinks I have 3.8... but in the AdminCP it thinks it's 3.7.4 still and I Need to upgrade to 3.8. That's my confusion.

I re uploaded everything in the /includes folder AGAIN, and this time, it took and works. Forum works so far as I can tell. Twitchy upgrade, scared me.
