    Empty page

On this URL for example there are 2 full pages. It shows a third but when you click it it's dead and shows as page 1. This happens in other forums as well. If I decrease the amount of topics to show per page it helps and spills the content onto that 3rd page. I would rather not have to do this. Any ideas why this is happening

I can see the issue. The channel currently has 60 topics and is only showing 50. I don't know what is causing it so will have to create a bug report for the Cloud team to look into it. Though the issue may be a core issue. What are the other channels exhibiting the behavior?

Wayne all forums can do it. Here is a URL that was set for 25 topics to show. There was 4 pages of stuff, the 4th had spill over. I increased it to show 30 and now the 4th page is empty.

I've submitted the issue to the cloud team and will update when I hear back from them.

The issue has been pushed to the core developers here: https://tracker.vbulletin.com/vbulle...sues/VBV-19457

Do you know if the issue occurred in previous versions?

I'm not sure exactly when it happened but if I was to guess it was one of the past 2 releases. Is it ok if I readjust my settings so that page does not show or should I leave it be?

You can adjust. We can clone your site for testing purposes and change the settings back to the defaults.

Can someone notify me after the DB is cleared. I would like to readjust things on this end

The issue on your site is that your database is reporting nodes that don't properly exist in your forums. The cloud team has received a script to fix this issue. It will fix the broken nodes and then soft delete them so they appear in the list for administrators. You'll be able to handle them as you see fit after that. I suspect this will happen this week after they test the script multiple times and get the QA team to sign off on it.

So I see that they soft deleted a lot of duplicate threads. Some were duplicated many times over. These topics are ones that were copied to another forum. Apparently there is a deficiency in the system when copying or adding threads to another forum or existing thread. Is this bug still active? Or has it been rectified? When we move or copy things we do it once, not 10 times over and over.

Thank you for straightening this out, but i'm worried it will happen again

We didn't know why the problematic nodes existed. We looked at the database records, not the actual content. The database records had problems that prevented them from showing. We fixed the records and marked them as soft deleted so you could handle them. If they are superfluous, then you can permanently delete them and your numbers should be accurate.

I don't know if automated tests were added to the development suite to check for anomalies in copying posts or not.

All of those soft deleted posts were either copied from another area or copied to an existing thread. All of what was soft deleted by VB was already posted somewhere else and active. I will keep a tab on the thread counts now, but I have a bad feeling it will return.
                            Again thanks to everyone
