Search function only patially delivering

Users are having problems with the search facility. When they search with or without "advanced search" the results are incorrect. The date range of results seems a bit odd, recent 2019 posts are in results as are some from 2010 - but nothing between, very odd. I've tried some of the maintenenance tasks but its still the same. Only been up and running for just over a month, so may have been when the migration happened. Can't see anywhere that can re-index the database which might help?

There is a bug in the software that can prevent some sites from being reindexed properly. When we migrate the site to Cloud, we attempt to reindex the search engine, but if this bug occurs than that fails.

We've refactored the search indexing functionality to resolve this issue. However, these fixes will not go live until we upgrade your site to vBulletin 5.5.2. Once that is done, please request that we rebuild your index through a support ticket. We don't allow Cloud Customers to rebuild their search index at will because it is a very server intensive process and will affect other customers. At this time, reindexing won't resolve your problem.

Our site was upgraded tom 5.5.2 on Tuesday, and re-indexed yesterday. The searches are functioning well (and fast). Thanks to all, including Wayne, and Joe D.! We do appreciate it
