Forum Backup

I requested a forum backup just to have. I received the ftp link, but it won't load. I tried several times, which I know can be needed with an ftp link, but It's been a lot of reload attempts. Do I need to wait a day or two, or should it be available as soon as i get the email with the link? Thanks!

It should be available once you get a link.
Pop a support ticket in and we will have someone take a look, though it will likely be next week now.

You should use an S/FTP client such as FileZilla or an SCP client such as WinSCP to download your backups. Don't use a browser.
