JR, Member, SR Title pagination

I'm seeing an old problem that has resurfaced, which I thought was fixed a while ago. The user titles are not automatically updating to the next tier. I have JR members with 29 posts and so on. The same thing is happening with Members and Sr members for those tiers

I used to do, update user titles and ranks when the bug was active in the past.

So is this something that needs constant attention? Or will it update automatically now?

It should update automatically. Running the task shouldn't be necessary under normal operations. I don't know why it wasn't updating.
