In working to resolve this problem, there will be an upgrade to database servers across the datacenter. This will result in downtime while the work is processed. This is scheduled for 5:00 pm Pacific.👍 1Leave a comment:

The issue has been tracked to a specific Internet Brands project within our data center. The Cloud Project Manager is working with the manager of that Project for resolution. Hopefully, a resolution will come soon.👍 1Leave a comment:

Like I said it isn't the backups. Those start at midnight PST and are staggered. It is a process outside the cloud system.Leave a comment:

It's pretty severe and an unacceptable server issue. I'll be awaiting your update. Now and then I'm up late to experience it for that hour or so. It hits other members that are in a different time slot right at prime time. I am very surprised that I have not read about this issue on the board.
