New user options

Is there a way to make in user options in the browser options for the circled areas default to yes? Every new user I have to turn these to yes. It's getting to be old news...………….. Other forums I goto to this feature is a given and if a member doesn't want they can turn it off. I can't rely on our members to turn this on.

AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Registration Options > Default Registration Options

The options you can control are listed there.
Changing that will only affect new users from that point on, it won't change any existing users' settings.
