Where to event emails go with two Super Moderators.

I we have two super moderators active at the same time, which ones are notified when someone posts a message that requires moderation? In practice, I have seen it go to one and then with more events about the same time go to the other.

Or, do we have to break it up into moderators dedicated to channels?
