Is there a way to enforce complex passwords?

Some registrants to our site have remarked that we do not have a complex password requirement. Is that feature available?

It's their account. They can make their password as complex as they choose. Why should you need to enforce that policy?

The reason is that users are questioning why it is not there because they are used to seeing it. For security I am not concerned particularly because this is not a public facing site. Complexity does not add security beyond the most obvious guesses. It is length that dictates security.
