    Anonymous Posting in Groups (Unregistered)

I have made a group for users to communicate to the CEO of our company and one of the requirements provided was anonymous posting, which can only be done when you are not signed in. To post in the group, you must join a group but I'm having issues having the unregistered user join the group. Is there a way to bypass the joining or have a guest join?

Groups are not intended for use by unregistered guests. I would look for a different solution.

You should use a Forum Channel if you want to allow unregistered users to post on your site.

Follow up question... Is there a way to personalize a Forum Channel page? I want to add an image and a description of what the page is there to accomplish.

You can add a description in the Channel Manager under Channel Management in the AdminCP.

You can add a custom image via Site Builder. You would do this with a module. The Static HTML Module would probably be best. To do this, follow these instructions:
              1. Go to the Forum in question.
              2. Click "Edit Page" on the Site Builder Menu.
              3. Click Save Page.
              4. Set "Overwrite Template" to No.
              5. Enter a template name. I recommend something recognizable like "Forum Name Template".
              6. Finish Saving.
              7. Click "Edit Page" again.
              8. On the Modules tab, add a Static HTML Module or Ad Module to the page.
              9. Add your HTML to the page to show the image.
              10. Click Save for the Module.
              11. Click Save for the Page.

The Ad Module doesn't have borders whereas the Static HTML module does.
