What URL do I use to reference file uploaded with vBcloud file manager?

I want to apply an mage file as background in a style. The Style manager asks for a URL/filename.png
The vBcould File Manager allows one to upload a file. It is not clear what URL I would put into the Style manger as URL.

You enter the info of the image from the file manager. They begin with core.
Place it between url(" and ")

ours look something like this.

url("core/css/0/0/3/6/1/1//images/xxxxxxxx.png")

As stated you would use them just as they are listed in the vBCloud File Manager. Everything should load relatively to the page.
