Change submenu to vertical menu popout

Has anyone changed the horizontal submenu to a vertical popout on hover in vBCloud?

If you have, can you point me to a thread or some other type of right direction on this?

This requires modifications. I believe there is a modification that will work on Cloud over at https://vbmods.rocks
